I’ve asked my hosting support and they said the following:-
“The cache on server is standard as per litespeed web server and it cannot be altered but this shouldnt cause any issue.” -Prabhu Host

I have tried disabling all theme/plugins and still no luck.
I have disabled the LiteSpeed Cache plugin as a whole and issue still persists.
