Please check that the Post and Page post types are check-marked.
The “page” and “post” options are mandatory as both are WordPress inbuilt post types, so always checkmark them in the “Allowed Post Type” which you will find in the “Basic Setting” of our plugins backend setting panel.

Maybe you are using a widget other than Elementor’s inbuilt widgets. Our plugin is only compatible with Elementor widgets.
If you want we can customize our plugin with the plugin you are using.

Have you selected post types from our plugin’s settings?

Go to Basic Setting Tab of the plugin’s back-end settings then check-mark the post types from the “Allowed Post Types” option and save it.
