Absolutely, I’ll be happy to.
Hey there crew,
Just wanted to drop an update in. I waited the 24hrs initially, but it never updated. However, I went back to my powerpress settings, reuploaded the image again under a different name and clicked save. In doing this, I was hoping I could initiate a forced update through the iTunes system.
Thankfully, after about 12 hours iTunes did in fact update it this time.
So, to anyone else out there experiencing the same issue, I recommend reuploading your album cover (with a different file name) and resaving your settings. Give it a day and it should update.
Thanks for everything and all your help.

Thank you very much, Shawn. I went ahead and did what you suggested and hit the Refresh Feed in the podcastconnect dashboard. I’ll await the 24hr projected duration and see what happens. Maybe it needed a quick boot to the rear of the refresh.
Fingers crossed it works. I’ll keep this post updated at the turn of the time.
Oh yeah, I immediately added the album cover back to the Powerpress plugin and updated all the settings to match my old system (keeping the feed link exactly the same).
But it’s been about a week now and iTunes still does not seem to be updating from the feed.

I have access to my php.ini file… what specific areas would be of benefit, or would it be best for me to copy/paste it all in full?
Hmm… after a little research I may not be able to access the original since I host through iPage… If you have any advice on how to access it. Let me know. Thanks a million for your assistance.
Unfortunately I’m not sure where to access the php.ini file. I am sure I can as I have full hosting and domain access. If you have a suggestion as to where the common location for such a file is in root, I will get that for you.
As for the EDD_READ…. constant. I tried adding that to my functions file. But to no avail.
Looks like small files work fine. Its the big ones that sprout daisies before ever seeing the light of day.
Normal pricing and only one source file. A file of about 250MB…
I appreciate the help greatly. This plugin is perfect for my needs… as long as I can get it to work ??
Yeah… I also did a test purchase about 4 times, and they all resulted in bringing up a page as if it would download… but eventually would stop and give the error page instead.
Thanks for the reply, I clicked the download link given in the purchase receipt as per what the customers would have access too.
