I have tried to edit that already but it reduced the size of the gaps between the sidebars and the main content horizontally, its the gap above the words ‘Menu’ and ‘Latest Posts’ that i would like to remove.

I tried that but it removed the gaps between the cells horizontally (so between the sidebars and the main content) rather than the gaps at the top of the cells
