I did set a custom icon for the tiktok element, which worked fine in other parts such as the header. But for the footer section I used the socials settings of Theme Rex addons, in this part I don’t use any custom fonts or icons, since it won’t even let me. Actually, for this part I used a music note instead of the actual tiktok logo. Could you tell me if what you suggested would actually solve this issue and could you walk me through it? I’m a little bit lost ?? thank you so much.

Hi @gappiah thanks for your reply. And yes some of the posts have no content because they are tests, but the ones that do have content, already have excerpts and they do appear but get cropped out due to some sort of issue with the margins or the padding, I don’t know how to fix that though.

Hi James (@macmanx) thank you for your answer. Since the beginning I tried getting in touch with the developers, the problem is that I acquired this theme through Envato Elements and was not able to submit a support ticket since I don’t have a purchase code. I already wrote an email asking how can I ask for a solution to my problem but still haven’t heard from them. I also went through different forums looking for solutions but none has worked for my particular case so far.

Does anybody might have an idea of how to fix it? The whole website works fine except for this, and I can’t publish it until this issue has been solved… thank you!
