In reply to: [annasta Woocommerce Product Filters] Select All option at Product CategoriesHi @annastaa , this is my colleague.
To follow up on this, does the parent category automatically include products of all sub-categories?
I sent email to [email protected] if you find unable to reply me through email (as I remember your team mentioned last time), please let me know here.
Hi annasta team,
Thank you so much for answering in details.
Just to clarify for the lines “As for the?Active filters?mode of the?Filter items control?setting, any images associated with the existing filtering options will always display normally, unless you dynamically change them in some custom manner.”
As currently we are still on free version, when we choose the filter Type and Style, we do not see option of “Image”. So to understand correctly, do you mean that, when we have paid version, we can choose “Image” as the style, and then we will have a list of ALL categories (all hierarchies) names for us to set image? And then, when we choose “Active filters” in “Filter items control”, the above mentioned images will be able to show up?
Thanks.
Hi Moses,
I have developer looking at the technical aspect.
Can you give us a brief direction on why the currency does not show on AJAX call?
We can then investigate on the right path.
Thanks.
BR,
Aaron
Hi Moses,
To your questions:
Yes we add the Ajax call ourselves using code, and we have both “Automatically switch customer to their local currency if enabled” and a currency switcher enabled.
To replicate the issue, you can go to https://itwprojects.com/la-diamond/diamond-search
Please choose USD as the currency. Then you will see on first loading the currency is in USD, but if you click on “SELECT” or “LOAD MORE”, the currency will become SGD as it is our default currency.
We are still struggling with this and would be grateful of your advice.
Thanks.
BR,
Aaron

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woopayments Multi-Currency with AJAX LoadingHi Shahzeen,
Thank you for advice.
Actually our question is regarding the in-built multi-currency feature of WooCommerce, which can be seen here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woopayments/currencies/multi-currency-setup/
It might have come together with WooPayment but it is still WooCommerce’s own feature right?
Thanks.
BR,
Aaron
