    Hello @shameemreza

Thank you so much for looking into this! That is very odd that it is not changing. I have tried it in a private window, on my husbands computer, and on a tablet and it seems to be converting to Euros for us (as mentioned before, we are in Germany) each time. I have attached a screenshot below (of the price and of the banner at the top of the site).

I am just using the WooCommerce plugin itself for the multi-currency. There is an option under the ‘multi-currency’ tab to select an automatic conversion based on the user’s location. I have attached a screenshot of this below.

I have checked my setting and I don’t seem to be seeing any rounding rules or anything. I also had an order from the US since we messaged and it was for $2.50. The USD price has always been okay, but the order did confirm that it is fine.

I have tried clearing my browser cache and that does not help, but I will try to do a conflict test later today, when I am home.

Here are the screenshots: (they are on Imgur – here is the direct link for higher quality pics: https://imgur.com/a/kmWo7Pl)

The first image is of the site banner stating it is switched to euros now, the second is of the WooCommerce ‘Multi-Currency’ tab at the bottom (where I can select to switch it to the local currency automatically), and the third image is of the price still being 3 euros on my end.

    Thank you!

    Hello!

Thank you for your reply. I tried those options and nothing seemed to help. However, as you mentioned it appears to be a redirect issue, I just changed the slug and now it appears to be functioning just fine.

I have no idea what else would have that slug on my site (I only have a few pages and I checked them all), but either way, it is fixed now and the new slug is acceptable. I would, of course, much prefer it to just say “shop”, but I would rather have a functioning shop now than continue to stress over finding a solution. (I checked the “/shop” link now and it is still fairly glitchy and shows text on a page that I had on my site last year, but permanently deleted in January! I have no idea what is going on). As I just opened my shop a couple of days ago, I didn’t even need to edit any links anywhere or anything to reflect the new slug so it was pretty easy!

    Thanks again!
