I didn’t hear any response, so today I switched back to the Divi theme in hopes that maybe the glitch would be gone. I saw there was a brand new update of Ultimate Member as well, and updated to that. Everything seems to work fine now!
Right now my Admins are automatically hidden, but I’d like them to be displayed. With the new version of Ultimate Member, I can’t figure out how to make that change. It used to be that when you searched my state, I (as an admin) would also show up, which I wanted. But now I no longer show up in any search results, because I’m an admin.
FYI, I have the most recent versions of Ultimate Member and Divi installed. Thank you!
I followed the first step, and it did not fix the problem.
Then I switched from the Divi theme to a plain 2017 WordPress theme, and the user roles are now showing up. However, of course the website looks terrible, because we had a developer custom design it using Divi, and 2017 is just not a very nice looking theme. Is there a known conflict with the Divi theme right now? If so, how do we fix it? Because I use Divi for all of my sites, and I spent a lot of time getting the website to look just right with Divi.
Here is an example of what a page looks like using the 2017 WordPress theme.
