You can check it through Divi > Theme Options > General > Performance > Defer jQuery And jQuery Migrate

1. edit language files in language folder using POEdit
2. use a multilingual plugin such as WPML

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to disable that, but you can hide the “External Images” tab using following CSS code.

#wpl_gallery_external_tab{
  display: none;
}

You should use a third party plugin to include this CSS into backend (or frontend) of your website.

Carousel widget filters the listings based on the filter options that you inserted into the widget options so if it doesn’t show anything it might mean that it wasn’t able to find anything based on configuration.

Issue of the reference field, might be related to the fact that you inserted multiple [WPL] shortcodes into one page. FYI, only one [WPL] shortcode is recommended per WordPress page / post so you should remove the rest.

These files should be disabled/removed from the older version of WPL and disabled/removed from the table “wp_wpl_extensions”.
