I am back up and running with Jetpack – absolutely NO thanks to @bluehostsupport who I guess decided to ghost me on this one. No surprise there, unfortunately…

I appreciate the response @bluehostsupport, however, I am incredibly frustrated with the complete lack of help I’ve received since switching. Not only have I had to rebuild my site from near scratch (I was locked out of my WP account before I could have just exported it using a plugin but was given BAD instructions by your sales agent when transferring hosting because they were trying to flipping upsell me on having BH do it!), my iCloud custom domain emails STILL don’t work (as they cannot pass DKIM verification for some unknown reason even though I’ve contacted BH support 4 times about it – been told 3 times it was fixed and once I’m on my effing own!), and this annoying problem – this problem, keeping me from being able to monitor my site – like that one time it went down because for SOME REASON, not of my own making, the SSL key was removed/changed, and I was left to notice my website was down on my own when I happened to go look at it. So yeah, in short its been a “rough start”. Anyway, I’ll check out the article you’ve mentioned and try again.
