    to explain, it will be best, if I copy the instructions from the hosting. I’ll go through option 2. global. This is easy, I know that.
    What I don’t know, is what causes this if it’s not set up and how to create this headers.php (or other) file that contains PHP header() functions or else.

    this is the manual:

    Auto Prepend File
    
    This guide explains how to specify a file that will be loaded before the desired page, including as if it had been called with the 'require()' function.
    
    For example, to modify the headers of a site, you must make a headers.php (or other) file that contains PHP header() functions and prepended to the beginning of each PHP file:
    
        via .user.ini file (specific to a folder)
        or via the site configuration on the Manager (global)
    
    Globally including a file
    
        open the Manager (manager.infomaniak.com)
        go to Hosting
        click on the hosting/domain name concerned
        under Sites at the bottom, click on the domain name of the site concerned
        click on Advanced settings
        under the Apache tab, enter the path of the file to include
        save
    
    The headers defined in a .htaccess file are only valid for non PHP (therefore static) content. 
    
    We use php-fpm, which receives the different headers via apache fast_cgi. In the RFC for cgi_www, the "Strict-Transport-Security" header is not among the headers passed via CGI, as confirmed by the Apache documentation (httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/howto/cgi.html).     Hello,
    I would be grateful if someone who is responsible for support could contact me.

    This plugin looks to be great, and I have the PRO version, but right in the beginning I encountered a few problems. The problem though is that support doesn’t understand the issues. Literally.

    List of bugs:
    1. In the full calendar shortcode/fluent the filter in the search bar for state, city, region, street, zip code does not work.

    2. in full calendar / classic style – this warning is shoving up:
    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/clients/42c0347e91f0163ed14f232c2ce0e273/sites/sofiasocial.life/wp-content/plugins/mec-advanced-map/core/ui/ui.php on line 178

    3. I have put a separate search bar on one page as a test. The inconsistency mentioned above was again apparent. I have everything turned on, but here again it is not possible to display the city or zip code.

    4. if I use a separate shorcode for search bar and full calendar in one page, then if I turn off search in full calendar, the reset button disappears because the shorcode for search bar doesnt have reset button option.

    5. I understand that I can insert the shortcode for the search bar anywhere, but the shortcode for the full calender already includes the search bar, it just doesn’t show the category box.

    I have reported the issue to our dev team yesterday but I can give you an ETA for the fix.
    
    Please check this page as an instance you can achieve this search option for the full calendar fluent style.

    NOTE: To prevent misunderstanding please ask your questions one by one(set a number for them) and then just tell what do you need with no explanation.

    Only, for one thing, that's not the only bug I mentioned, but you don't reflect on it at all.
    
    And when will it be fixed? In weeks, months?
    
    And how can it even be fixed when you don't know what's causing it?

    Hi Vytis,

    I have migrated to a new server that uses MariaDB and I have acquired a new SSl certificate. Lets encrypt switched to the new certificate and that was causing problems.

    Thank you for the other replies. This plugin looks great, it is transparent and fully functional 100%.

    However, the main problem remained. There is some conflict between the BuddyBoss platform plugin and Optimole.

    Testing:
    BuddyBoss theme
    BuddyBoss platform
    Really Simple SSL and Really Simple SSL pro

    Result, can’t save image to buddyboss activity feed. After saving, only a grey square appears. All other plugins are disabled. I also tried the variant with SSL disabled, only http.

    WP library works normally. Can upload an image to the library. Also embedding images in the blog works normally.

    Well, the birthday plugin I don’t know, but BuddyBoss is compatible for sure. The active widgets are empty.

    Hi Bryle,

    Thank you for your help, I am sending the restoration log in attachment.
    The widgets that disappeared from the right side were the widget for birthdays, that’s a separate plugin and then the widget for members from Buddybos. I feel as if only the settings for these widgets have disappeared. Otherwise the plugin works great and is neatly handled.

    Hi,
    according to my server provider there is some worldwide problem with the ssl certificate and it’s causing all these problems, so unless you really think it might have something to do with your plugin it’s probably best to wait until it’s resolved on the server side.

    But I did have one question regarding billing please. If I’m not mistaken, if someone comes to my website and sees an image, it gets loaded on your cloud. There it then spends 30 days after which it resets.
    If during that 30 days anyone else sees that image does that count still as 1 visit? is that correct?

    A small note to conclude. Your plugin correctly caught that I have now installed W3 total cache and also displayed a warning:

    It seems your are using W3 Total Cache.
    If you are using the css or javascript minify/combine option from W3 Total Cache -> Perfomance -> Minify page.
    Add this line: https://mlrbnowgwz7e.i.optimole.com/* to Include external files/libraries and check Use regular expressions for file matching checkbox.

    If I want to use this plugin together with APC Memcache and Varnish (my site is very dynamic) is there anything else special to look out for?
    For example. Besides the warning, I should definitely disable lazy loading in W3TC and leave it enabled only in your plugin.

    For those to whom a similar thing has happened. Removing the bug was pretty much very easy.

    I got the critical error message above. i have no idea what it all means, but it said something about 3 arguments at the beginning. Somewhere in the middle of the text I found one translated word.

    I searched for it in Loco translate first in the topic. Didn’t find it. Then I went to another main plugin. There I found 3 lines where some special characters were added to the translated words. I removed those to match the original text on the left.

    The critical error disappeared, everything works.

    Hi,
    I instaled the WP Mail SMTP by WPForms.
    Test email was Ok, but I am sorry, the abandonment cart emails they are just on the list, but nothing comes out. ??

    I tried it on 2 more email addresses. They didn’t appear in the list for an hour. But I noticed one important thing. Look at the dates.

    That’s when the order was placed:

    Hi,
    I turned off all plugins except woo commerce, I entered an email at checkout and closed the window. the result is nothing. I do not use any SMTP plugin. All other emails from other plugins are working.
