you are of course right, there would be no automatic relation. But I was hoping that somehow a WP plugin would allow me to save the uploaded file in a custom directory (and with a custom file name), so I can still relate the uploaded file to the submission. But maybe there is no such plugin …

I’ve tried to put an upload form field from the “WordPress File Upload” plugin onto an EME event page. However, this did not work properly, because the behavior of the added “upload file” button somehow conflicted with EME’s “submit” button. Do you know if anyone has ever combined an upload form field from another plugin with EME in this way?
