Hi Peter
Thanks for your reply.
We’ve added the above 54.68.32.247 ip now and also checked the blocked list for any cloudflare IPs but none where blocked.
However, it seems the scan problem still persists. It also seems intermittent across our websites too, which is weird.
I’ve just sent you a diagnostic report from one of our sites.
I successfully ran a scan on this website a couple of days ago, Monday. So it’s strange that the scan stop requests are happening today on this site now.
Thanks for your help, it’s much appreciated.
Also, the scans keep resulting in 521 server errors.
I’ve cleared chrome cache and it is still showing accessing urls like
/robots.txt?1602625290307 and other random numerical values, except now it’s showing as human activity not bot. However, i am only visiting main pages such as /home, /about etc.
I’m not too concerned if it’s not a security risk? I was just worried it was nefarious activity at first but would appear to be coming from me but just misinterpreted. I’ll try disabling some chrome extensions one at a time and see if there’s a conflict somewhere. Thanks again for your help. Thanks Peter, it turned out to be an issue with cloudflare which I disabled and re-enabled and all working fine now. Thank you for your help, much appreciated.
Very strange, more bot access showing from my ip but I have not tried to access those urls. I have gone on the website via a different browser Opera and it is showing my ip as normal ‘human’ accessing the urls I have accessed but no bot activity. I usually use Google Chrome.
Hey Adam, thanks I’ve sent through a live traffic screenshot. It appears that other traffic is being detected with their own ip, with just my own public ip coming through as a bot.
also, sent report via diagnostics
Thanks for your reply. Sorry, not sure what you mean? My ip is the same in the Detected IP, which is definitely my public ip. And this is showing as bot activity in live traffic, which I don’t understand? As I have no bot running from my public ip.
Hi any update on this? Problem still persists.
Hi Gabe, sorry for my slow reply. Yes, I already used the above query strings before creating this post. it loads properly when I unload asset clean up with query strong “/?wpacu_no_load“
But the problem persists when disabling cache with “/?wpacu_nocache”
I haven’t un-loaded any assets from elementor on the page, so I don’t understand what the issue is. I’ve also turned off any preload off css, incase that was doing it but the problem persists as long as asset cleanup is enabled.
