I am using Twenty Ten as the theme.
The spelling is: Auto Draft
It links to a post with the number despite me using custom permalinks. When the link is clicked, I receive a not found error.

The post status of the linked Auto Draft is auto-draft. The title is Auto Draft. The post_type is post.

Perhaps what I want to do can be accomplished some other way.

I want to be able to notify anyone registering on a site that I expect full names, not handles. I thought dropping in some text would work, but I don’t see where to do that on the wp_login.php page.

Every plugin I look at for login seems to want to modify the graphics, but I am not seeing how to insert text.

I figured it out. I completed a search and replace on the database. Easy peasy.

Well, I have found a workaround. Instead of calling the data from a second database, I added the custom data to the WP db and all magically works again. I do not understand why that is, but it’ll work for me.
