Was this a StudioPress theme? Because the same thing happened to me. The solution above worked, but I still can’t use my theme. Let me know if youhave a solution, because StudioPress is not being helpful.

I bought the Enterprise theme from StudioPress. Have you heard anything about their themes? Their support has been reponsive, but their solutions have not worked yet!

Thanks samboll!!! It worked! However, I have now deleted the purchased theme folders, downloaded them again from StudioPress and re-uploaded them using WordPress,and they still don’t work! The themes are now available as options, but when I click preview the screen shows as a blank page for both the main and the child theme. What is up with that?!!!

Since I uploaded the themes using WordPress, I don’t know which folder the themes went into. I’m assuming the themes are going into the “blog” folder on my site? Are they all the php files I am seeing in there? They are all over the place, not just in one specific folder.
