In reply to: [WooCommerce] “Sold out” on a product, although it is available in variationsHi @pufkin55!
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Filters not working as beforeHi @aviaggarwal!
Thank you for sharing that with us ??
Can you please head to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and Regenerate the product attributes lookup table by clicking on the Regenerate button?
If that does not resolve the issue, please perform a full conflict test on your site by following the instructions below:
You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our Self-Service Guide.
How to test for conflicts
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty theme.
- Try to reproduce the problem:?Check whether the filters appear correctly.
- If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
- Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
- Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
For more detailed instructions, check out How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.
Please let us know how that goes.
Tools to help with troubleshooting
Meks Quick Plugin Disabler will remember what plugins you had active when you switch it back on.
You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] force currency at chekoutHi @ihdumille!
Thank you for keeping us in the loop.
Yes, contacting the developer of the plugin is the best way of getting support for this case as many currency switchers include that feature by default and you may not need a code snippet after all ??
In the meantime, I will mark this thread as resolved but feel free to open a new one in case something else pops up!

Hi @domisso!
Can you please further clarify whether the issue is present on just this order or is it happening with others as well?
Was logging enabled for PayPal Express? If so can you please check whether there are any related logs to this order?
Finally, I’d suggest switching to PayPal Payments as the best option to receive payments through PayPal. It is available for free here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/
Thank you!
