Thanks for sharing the logs. This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Amazing troubleshooting there and I am very glad that you were able to hunt down the issue.
Unless anyone has anything to add to this, I might as well mark this as solved.
Since this looks like an issue with a third-party ad blocker I think it is best we mark this thread as solved. If they give you a workaround though we would highly appreciate it if you dropped by and shared that so that if someone else faces the same issue there is a public record of the solution ??

Once it moves to the left side you might need to further customize it so that it looks as per your requirements.

Additionally, if you do not like Loco Translate another plugin like Say What? is a very popular option.
Finally, from the pictures you have provided, it looks like the single-product template is being overwritten by your theme so maybe the theme developers could offer a better solution here?

The goal is to capture credit card info on sign up, create a user account and charge the method of payment when the quarterly wine club orders are fulfilled.
Yes, that’s possible by enabling the Issue an authorization on checkout, and capture later feature. It will issue authorization and require that you manually capture the payment. You can read more about that on our docs here: https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#setup-and-configuration
Additionally, you can disable guest checkouts so that each customer either logs in or signs up before checking out ??
Ideally, we want to retain the credit card info for ongoing quarterly charges as many current members have been ordering quarterly for many years.
WooCommerce Subscriptions does that very well and you can give it a shot by combining it with the settings above to see if it would work for you.

Glad to hear that you resolved the issue.
I have tried to replicate the same on my end however, it does not appear to cause any issues for me.
We will close this thread as resolved and keep an eye out for incoming requests, if this happens in other cases as well we will loop in our developers so that they can further investigate this ??
