Every 5 minutes it will check the queue to see if there are any in-progress sync attempts and make sure they are fully complete.
Since you have sync turned off, there isn’t any product on the queue so you should be good to go ??
In case you want to troubleshoot something in particular regarding cron jobs on the site I would suggest temporarily deactivating the plugin.

I’ve read all the messages here and I can see you have a staging environment?
If so please follow these steps:
- Please switch to the default Storefront Theme
- Secondly, please disable all the active plugins except WooCommerce
Please make sure you disable Endurance Page Cache as well
Once you have done all of these please try to update one of your products!
In case you don’t have a staging environment, please ask your host for one or use a plugin such as WP Staging that will help you with that.

Can you please clarify whether this is thrown once you install or activate the plugin?
If it happens when you activate the plugin please disable all the other plugins except WooCommerce, and then start enabling each of them one by one. This looks very much like a conflict with another plugin/theme.
Meanwhile, if this happens during installation please share your site’s System Status Report with us.
You can get it by navigating to the **WooCommerce / Status** section of your site. Once there, click on the **Get system report** button and then copy it by clicking on the **Copy for support** button. Then paste it here in a comment.
Note: Please feel free to edit any information that you think shouldn’t be publicly shared. ??

Out-of-stock products are not synced once they reach a stock level of zero.

- Can you please share a screenshot of the error you are seeing?
- Finally, please head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and copy and paste the full error you are seeing regarding Facebook for WooCommerce.
You can get it by navigating to the **WooCommerce / Status** section of your site. Once there, click on the **Get system report** button and then copy it by clicking on the **Copy for support** button. Then paste it here in a comment.

- A copy of the logs with the error message “Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID”

- Is the error log you mentioned above the only one from Facebook?

Thank you for the provided details.
Based on the logs from your site I can see that there are issues regarding the tokens.
In order to create new tokens please uninstall the plugin and try to reconnect again.

If this persists please send a screenshot of the error, you can use a service like https://snipboard.io to do that.
