In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Critical ErrorHi @jaygumanid!
Plugin suddenly stopped working ans shows critical error. Any incompatibilities?
We do not have any reported incompatibilities with the extension. Can you please share more details as to when this issue started? Was it after an update that made you think of incompatibilities?
Also, can you please head to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and grab the fatal error log regarding Pinterest for WooCommerce?
Thank you!

Hi @julie2009!
Is this related to Mail Poet? or to Elementor? I have reCaptcha active on my submission forms.
Can you please confirm which forms are you using? Is it the default MailPoet one or a third-party one like Elementor?
Depending on which type of form you are using we have a step-by-step guide on how to protect these forms here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/182-add-captcha-to-your-websites-forms
In case you are using Elementor (since you mention it) here is a guide from them on how to correctly implement reCaptcha: https://elementor.com/help/recaptcha-elementor-integration/
I hope this points you in the right direction.
Hi @julie2009!
If you cannot delete a subscriber, it means they’re probably added to the WordPress Users list or the WooCommerce Customers list.
WordPress Users should be deleted as a User by going to the WordPress dashboard > Users page.
Customers added to the WooCommerce Customers list can not be removed from this list or from the MailPoet plugin, unless you delete their order from the WooCommerce plugin.
They can be marked as “Unsubscribed” though.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Regular forced updatesHi @tsso0120
Thank you for the update on the matter. While what you have done might prevent the updates, I would highly suggest not doing that, you can disable automatic updates but not prevent these crucial updates from time to time. Again, if there is something specific you are concerned about we are happy to listen ??
