You can disable email notifications by editing specific email templates in this plugin and selecting the “Active” option to “No.”
Since this is a support ticket system, it requires an email address field to send your replies. If you don’t need to reply to user messages, a simple contact form would be more suitable for you instead of a support ticket system. However, I’m open to suggestions.
