In reply to: [Account Engagement] Cannot AuthenticateThanks a million for the response Cliff. No need to respond to this unless it’s false – but just so i’m clear – the only way this plugin works is if we have a ‘Pardot only login’ (ie not a login via Salesforce) correct?
Don’t respond if this is true. Thanks a million for your response above!

In reply to: [Account Engagement] Cannot AuthenticateHi Cliff,
I’ve just read thought a few items on authentication there and i’ve white listed IPs etc – but no change. I honestly think this has something to do with Salesforce as a log in option

In reply to: [Account Engagement] Cannot AuthenticateHi Cliff,
There seems to be an issue authenticating when a Pardot account is linked to a Salesforce account – ie when user normally logs into their Pardot account using the ‘Log in with Salesforce’ option.
I’ve downloaded the plugin (for the first time) and tried a few times – first using my normal Pardot login details (which actually don’t work now as i tested afterwards – due to my account now being linked to Salesforce) then using my Salesforce login (the normal way i log in is use the ‘Log in with Salesforce’ option). Now i’m locked out of my account (which i can’t understand either – as when i go into Pardot – there’s no mention of me being ‘locked out’?).
Is there any way you can take a look at this?

In reply to: [BuddyCommerce: WooCommerce and BuddyPress Integration] Small bugHi Brajesh,
I seem to be having an issue with subscriptions not directing correctly – ie URL’s similar to ‘/my-account/view-subscription/XXX/’ give me a 404?
Such a great plugin you created though – thanks so much! I tried doing all this on my own and then came across your plugin – just works apart from a few minor issues i’m having including the above.
The other slight issue i’m having is not really your concern – but i use Yith Stripe Connect which puts a ‘Connect’ button on the ‘My Account’ dashboard – but when BuddyCommerce is activated – the URL for the connect no longer works as BuddyCommerce seems to change it’s redirect URL to the members buddypress profile and this throws an error as Stripe requires you to add all your Auth redirect URLs to it’s control panel. I’m not sure of any way’s to get around this – as BuddyCommerce has the right idea of change all WC errors to BO profile URLs
But thanks again!
@duracelltomi thanks for getting back and thanks for your time in investigating this for us!
Regarding your comments on the tracking – thank you – i’ll investigate the items you deem not working thank you.
Regarding the ideal scenario for tracking the final purchase – i reckon it would make more sense for the bundle cost to be tracked – rather than it’s contents.
This would make sense to me because the whole point of a bundle is that you can wrap up a few products into a bundle and sell the bundle for a different price – sort of a promotional strategy?
I might be wrong here – but i can’t think how the opposite would make sense – ie tracking the purchase of the bundles contents – product A, B, C – as what’s the point in the bundle then?
Great to hear that ‘Product Bundle’ support may be in your next major release!
Thanks for your response!
