Hi bdbrown. I actually deactivated a recently updated plugin (CloudFlare) and the error was fixed. Whew! What a relief. Thank you though as usual. I hope others with the same issue will be able to read this.

So just to be sure bdbrown, will it work if I don’t know the exact name of the color? For example, can I insert this:

.home article .post-title a {
color: #3b8dbd;
}

/* change home post excerpt to black */
.home .entry.excerpt {
color: #26272b;
}

In the above css, I don’t know the exact nameof color of code #3b8dbd but that i what I want (though blue i s what is written above). Sorry, I’m just new to this. Thank you for your patience.

Hi bdbrown. Thanks for replying. It made the font of the excerpts on the home page black, but not the titles. The css however made the “Welcome to My Page” font to blue. Please advise. I want the font of the titles of all the posts on the home page blue, and not the Welcome message. Thank you.

Thank you bdbrown, though I hardly noticed any changes. I mean it didn’t do the trick. I’ve seen someone asked the same question on the Hueman demo site and I tried doing it to no avail as well. Maybe it’s not even possible to make the font of the main navigation menu bold? Thank you anyway for your effort.
