I had an issue with a conflict between another plugin and couldn’t figure it out. Cristián took the time to sign into a temp site I created to test it out and was able to find out that there was something that woocommerce had set up that didn’t allow guests to see the profile. He found the problem and let me know what code to put into my functions.php to enable my members to sign out and update their passwords. Above and beyond. I’ve used this plugin for over ten years with various clients and whenever I need help, they’ve helped find a solution.
