I have updated plugin with new folder structures, but those folders are not getting updated to WordPress plugin directory. ufff, so it’s causing an error.

There is no any shortcode for hiding pagination. However you can increase the number of “Posts To Display” on settings of plugin, i.e Settings -> Simple Masonry Layout.
