Thank you for considering my request. One other issue I also want to highlight in this thread that needs a fix. Whenever I fulfill the digital product order with your plugin, it doesn’t leave a note in the orders section (https://imgur.com/a/hjzQquw).
Therefore, I am unable to check which orders I have fulfilled. Can you add a notification in the order details section to identify the orders that have been fulfilled with your plugin.
This will help to avoid any task duplication.
My apologies for not being clear in stating my actual requirement.
I have plenty of transactions in the past few years that I would like to maintain an official record of. Adding all those transactions manually over my website and using a plugin that can assign the license to each of those transactions.
Thus, I want to remove the “created” header altogether or it may have an option to turn back time.
Thanks again for addressing my issue.
Hi Drazen,
Thanks for your swift response and a great plugin.
I would like to permanently remove/delete this option. Can it be possible?
If it requires to edit the source code, could you please direct me where exactly I can do so?
I don’t have the knowledge of the programming language but if you could direct me to something specific I may try it.
Thanks for your valuable time and consideration in this matter.
Absolutely correct. The plugin only provides us with an option to enter the digits. In the digital delivery scenario, this is not an applicable option and is incorrect.
It should be having the option to just push the “Tracking info not required” checkmark (??) towards PayPal transaction.
Hi,
Thanks for your prompt response.
Most of the sellers like me, have a WooCommmerce store plainly to sell digital/virtual goods.
My suggestion in this scenario is to add a carrier option in your plugin that mentions something like Digital Delivery and it automatically checkmark(??) the “Tracking info not required” selection in the PayPal transaction upon using the said Digital Delivery carrier option as illustrated in my screenshot sent earlier.

In reply to: [Orders Tracking for WooCommerce] Tracking info not syncing with PayPalI am sorry for raising a false alarm. It does work. However, the low-value orders seem to be incompatible with the plugin. Orders that don’t cover up PayPal fees.
I placed a test order of EUR 1 in value. I couldn’t find an option to submit the tracking info to PayPal but it worked with the rest of the other orders placed by my customers.
This is the app I had been searching for days!
Thanks!
