I have the same issue. Just after update I faced this error on search console. I deleted code from header and it does not solve the issue. :/

I think the reason of not displaying slot #5 i lack of post title (now I realize title is also missing)…

It is problem with SuperCache plugin. I change some Super Cache settings and it works better now. But it happens sometimes. ??
