Hi Simon,

The conversion tracking needs to be set up Bing first. There’s examples in the instructions provided in the plugin itself, but the general steps are:

? Sign in to or register for a Microsoft/Bing Ads account
? In the left side menu of your Microsoft/Bing Ads account, navigate to Conversion Tracking → UET Tags → Create UET Tag
? Enter UET Tag Name and enter a UET Tag Description. Any name/description will do so long as it helps you identify your account/code.
? A Pop-up will appear with an ID and Javascript code when you save your information. You need to copy the 8 digit ID and then paste this into the UET Tracking Code field.

The plugin then uses this info and dynamically populates the code with the values from WooCommerce.

Just to chip in, we’re getting the same issue on cPanel with PHP 7.3/7.4 – it doesn’t even attempt to connect to the DB, so seems like a PHP issue.

Thanks for the update. Can you clarify that we need to sign in with our own account that uses our general email address, and from there we can deny logins in the WordPress dashboard to your plugin?

Thanks for the quick response. One of our clients has added this plugin to their website, and it was auto-registered using the admin email (which is one of our accounts). Another client has done the same thing, and the stats for the first client are showing up in the dashboard of the second client!

We’ve got the same issue on a website, but the latest release doesn’t seem to have fixed this. Is an update still in the pipeline?

This seems to work fine, but it also applies the ‘title search only’ restriction to the media library. Is there any way to exclude the media library from this?

Thanks for the update, I think I see what you mean now, though I’m not sure I agree about them not putting “accessibility unfriendly” updates in considering how Gutenberg works!
