In reply to: Problem with theme previewI have the same problem as Layofflist, I wonder why support isn’t answering these inquiries. Also, this problem started after I updated to 2.7.1.

I hope the theme author will include paged comments on the next update.

In reply to: You need to register :-/Hey, ever heard of GPL?!
Ever heard of honest programmers that believe in a No-Spam policy?
Every week a mail from Maxpress ?? hoho~~ Just filter it ??
LOL, goes with the rest of the garbage, such as the cheap Viagra ads and other Spam.
Garbage is garbage and some guy standing on his soapbox preaching the virtues of Net marketing deserves to be blacklisted.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Plugin: Yet Another Photoblog] Is this compatible with 2.6?Thanks John. a non-techie friend wants a photoblog and this plugin seems to fit the bill.

In reply to: You need to register :-/Sounds like there are only negative posts except for yours, are you the plugin author, part of his team or his lawyer? lOL
he doesn’t spam
Chris wouldn’t agree with you “@funvill thank you! i made the mistake of registering a long while ago for another one of his plugins and i never could stop getting spammed with their “news letter”.”
finally the end of this thread
Hmm, only a moderator can call it quits… And I hope one doesn’t, people need to find out the true nature behind this “gift” (with strings attached) to the WP community.

In reply to: [Plugin: Simple Sticky Posts] duplicated stickiesSame thing here and it doesn’t seem like the author is pursuing the plugin’s development.
Too bad, looked useful… Tried WP-Sticky but clashes with another plugin.

In reply to: You need to register :-/My last words, Mike (I’m sure that quite a few people will agree), there are excellent plugin authors who contribute their work for the simple pleasure of coding something useful for other users while there are others who don’t and want something in return.
I don’t want another “newsletter” from someone standing on his soapbox, preaching the virtues of money making opportunities which most blog users don’t care about.
According to your comments, you don’t seem to be happy with what other users (and a moderator) made on this thread and you also claim “The only word I hear on this forum is free, free, free.”, tell me, how much did you have to shell out for WP?
Unfortunately, people reading this thread will either “patch” this plugin or try Moshu’s solution, most people don’t like having their email addresses end-up in some spammer’s database.
Different strokes for different folks…
Good luck,

In reply to: You need to register :-/A pity really to see people so cynical about a good plugin developer.
Maybe but most people don’t use their blogs for “money making” opportunities, such as yours.
The only word I hear on this forum is free, free, free.
What I hear is Spam, Spam, Spam…
Thanks for the tip, funvill, exactly what I did, got enough spam already and sure don’t want more from some “money making blog” plugin developer with perhaps a hidden agenda. People who usually post plugins on this site expect absolutely nothing in return, except for kudos.

Great, thanks!

In reply to: [Plugin: Manageable] Care to elaborate?Sorry about my first post but it did happen that quite a few users (including me) downloaded non-descriptive plugins only to end-up with a screwed-up blog after activation. This is more important if a plugin is only in Beta stage…
Good thing you posted “Since this plugin is still in the beta testing phase, please backup your database before use.”
Cheers and good luck,

LOL, love testing plugins, glad you fixed it.
