In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Include unpurchased product in user's available downloadsHi there,
I am not sure if this will work, but have you try to make “fake” purchases for your existing customers? What I meant is, login as your customer, make the purchase AND then go to store sales and set the purchase to “accepted payment”.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] How to remove shipping options on downloadsHi wena,
At this point, there is an option that says “Product will not be shopped to the customers” see : https://dl.getdropbox.com/u/1184399/Jing/2014-11-02_2127.png
I believe that one of the configuration that you can use is to enable shipping settings, and select the checkbox that I referred to for all the downloadable products.
Am I on the same page OR did you mean to hide the shipping address fields when the item is downloadable? If this is what you mean, you would need to do some code modification in the checkout page.
Thank you,

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Calculating Shipping RateHi there,
Ray here from WP eCommerce Support.
I have a workaround in mind that might work in your situation.
I am assuming that you charge a flat rate shipping fee.
First, for all your products, go to each product and variation and add the shipping fee.
Then disable shipping settings so that it will hide the shipping calculator.
After that, go to the checkout settings and uncheck the “Display” and “Mandatory” box for state and country or whatever you want to hide.
Your customer should not have to enter state and country anymore.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] ONLY Fixed-Shipping-Rate / No CalculationHi there,
Ray here with WP eCommerce Support.
In order to hide the shipping calculator, you would have to uncheck “enable shipping settings”. Currently, the shipping calculator is a mandatory part of WPeC. We do receive many suggestion to make it go away. I am sure that our developers and community developers are working their very best to make that happen in future release.
In order to achieve fixed rate shipping, a workaround would be to put in fixed rate shipping in each one of your product.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Purchase button on safari not worrkingHi adam,
Looking at the console log in my developer tools, this is what I see : https://dl.getdropbox.com/u/1184399/Jing/2014-10-30_2240.png
The issue that you are having is definitely a theme conflict. You should speak with your theme developer regarding the issue.
I downloaded safari in windows, and I am not able to click on the purchase button.
However when I looked at the console error, it seems that you are loading jquery in non-https manner. I am not sure how your theme is configured, perhaps the theme uses jquery to submit an ajax call, which is prevented by the SSL?
In addition, there could be cross compatibility issue in your theme with the safari browser.
Support consultant are not developer, I am not sure if I can help you further with the button issue.
If the theme developer cant help you, would you be interested in looking at the list of WPEC consultant that might be able to help?
Thank you,

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Customers can't check out!@stu : The mandatory checkout settings is at your WP-admin dashboard – usually in /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wpsc-settings&tab=checkout
[shoppingcart] is the shortcode that we use to display the cart and checkout.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Purchase button on safari not worrkingHi there,
Ray here with WP eCommerce Support.
I should be able to assist you with purchase busston not working with safari issue. However I would need to know what is your site?
For adding information to the transaction email, that is considered a code modification. Support consultant are not developer of the plugin, However I found this link : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15453458/wp-ecommerce-modifying-the-transaction-report-email-sent-to-admin-upon-sale and perhaps this might help as well : https://www.leewillis.co.uk/adding-sku-to-email-wp-e-commerce/
As fpr editing the type on billingfirstname, or billinglastname, I would not recommend doing that as I believe those types are tied to something in the system.
Thank you,

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] checout tableHi there,
Ray here from WP eCommerce Support. In my experience, WP theme controlled all the pages within wordpress, however there are times that the theme is not fully compatible with our plugin.
I would suggest contacting the theme developer regarding this issue as support consultants in WP eCommerce does not handle theme conflicts.
Thank you!

I haven’t exactly looked at your settings, but I am able to go to the paypal page like such : https://dl.getdropbox.com/u/1184399/Jing/2014-10-17_1623.png
I did not see the error that you are seeing. Did you disable free shipping?
Thank you,
