Hi Simon,

Between WP shopping cart 3.6.3 to Wp eCommerce 3.9.1 are about 6 years. A lot has happened. My only advice is to upgrade version by version, which goes something like 3.6.3 -> 3.6.4 (Yes this will be long, but it might let you do the upgrade ).

Are you sure that the hosting that you are using allow you to send pdf files? Do you have screenshot of the error?

that brings me to my next question, what did you use to upload your products?

You mentioned that you used product importer deluxe, which is not part of our plugin. Does the changing SKU happen after using the product importer deluxe?

After deleting the checkout forms table, have you try deactivate and reactivate WPEC (this will remake the table)?

There are no existing solution that allows that at the moment. The closest thing we have is https://wpecommerce.org/store/premium-plugins/membership-subscriptions/ but it would probably take some code modificaiton for the multiplication of subscription.

Hi Laura,

You mentioned “two large product uploads”. This could potentially be the reason why the SKUs are changing.

I know that sounds like a vague answer, but did you make sure that the product’s SKU in your large upload file and the products in your WP eCommerce are the same? before the upload?

Hi there,

There is no updated gold cart that support sage pay protocol 3 as of now. I think you might have to “hack” it in, or create a plugin that has sagepay protocol 3 payment gateway.

WPeC is open-source, which means that you can modify it to do anything. So the answer is yes, it is possible to do what you described ( some code modification is needed ).
