It appears that the above solution solved the problem. I will give it 24 hours to be absolutely certain.

Disabling JS Combine External and Inline, as well as turning Load JS Deferred to Delayed within LiteSpeed Page Optimization Settings allowed the _stq string to appear. I will see if this fixes the stats. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction and finger’s crossed!
