It’s an illusion. ie., current_page_item a { background-image: url(images/menu-selected.png) or just another color if you don’t use an image.

I’m not having any problem with your external links. Did this get resolved?

If you didn’t change the image’s file name, just replace in the correct image folder by dragging over via your FTP

From you cPanel go to your phpMyAdmin (this is the interface for your MySql database – where your wp content files live – & if your host doesn’t have you need a new host). In the sidebar, find your wordpress install – if you only have 1 site, it’s the only one there. Click on it. In the top menu click IMPORT. You will get a screen with a browse upload box – upload your backup. Click Go. Done. Good luck

You’re not using your footer’s divs. You have all but the theme link in span-6 small then 2 empty column span-6 smalls and 1 empty small last. Move your content to these boxes.

This is done with CSS – your style.css. Appears that your 3 columns are styled with the <div class=”entry-content”> but your Acting Technique page is using all <div id=”content” role=”main”>
