In reply to: [ITRO Popup Plugin] Enable on posts, not just pagesThanks for the answer, though the possibility to make it appear on pages was evident to me. I was asking if the popup can be set to appear on posts as well. Currently, only pages appear in that list.
I appreciate the work!
Yep, I can also dismiss every other notice from WP or plugins on every site I use it on. This one is… sticky. Clicking on ‘Dismiss Notice’ does nothing.

I was so excited to see your message…
However, the issue is still there.
v2.4.2 is installed. I was (and would like still to be) using Ultimate Member – Recaptcha, but it just displays “Please confirm you are not a robot” without any means to do so.- This reply was modified 2 years ago by ravishi.
This message is driving me crazy already, you cannot make it go away. I believe – on purpose.
Thanks for the quick response.
Firefox, Chrome and Edge. I tried in on another site and now I ruined it also, meaning since I tried re-saving, the password doesn’t stay. You’re right, Jan, in the sense that there was no intention to hurt anybody. Please clear your frown and relax the attitude ?? I merely thought the emails mirrored more than the actual information about the functionality of the plugin.
I personally don’t like this limitation of the plugin and to a lack of explanation I thought my best response would be to share the conversation.
To anyone reading this, in short, the support request was immediately picked up by the Mailpoet Team when I emailed the same request to them after this post was left unanswered for a week. The answer to the question, in two emails, was that the plugin does not support changing the status of the subscribers in bulk.
Mailpoet actually does change the status however, but only to ‘subscribed’. You cannot import back an exported list and keep the ‘unconfirmed’ status of your subscribers.
Thank you for your responses and keep up the good work with the Mailpoet 3 plugin. Meanwhile I’ll find workarounds for the limitations that come with it.

In reply to: [Polylang] Popup Language SwitcherThis would really be useful. When a visitor first opens the site, they get the choice of language right away. This way we don’t need to keep the language selector too obvious, since one usually clicks it once and for all.

In reply to: [Polylang] Orphaned translationsWell, just figured out, by mistake…
I still don’t know why the separation occurs but I found the not-so-obvious way to link / re-link two posts, pages etc. as each other’s translations. In the Languages box on the Edit screen, under Translations, if your existing translation does not appear and instead you see a + (plus) sign and blank field after it, click in the field and start typing any word from the title of the translation. A list of matching titles will appear and when you click on a title, it will populate the field. Update the post to commit the edit. Tada.
This happened to 2 of my sites today as well. I updated to version 1.12.40 and the site’s dashboard won’t load anymore. If I rename the updraftplus folder via ftp, the dashboard comes back. The site’s front-end did work however even with the plugin enabled.

In reply to: [TinyPNG - JPEG, PNG & WebP image compression] bfi_thumbI love TinyPNG but I only use on the web interface and not as a wp plugin.
I found this post searching for the bfi_thumb issue described above – I have it too. The problem is these images don’t show up on the image sizes list and therefore cannot be edited via other plugins. I for example would need them custom cropped. I don’t know on which door to knock to ask for the possibility.
What saves images there? Who can do something about it?Could you help? Thank you.
