Hi,
I had to disable my Custom Admin Interface plugin. Then click on the view only option (without signing in). Then turn the plugin back on again.
Thank you.
Perfect, Thanks so much! I’ve just sent an email through. Look forward to hearing back.
Thankyou for your response, I’m not quite sure if that achieves what I’m after though, looking back I don’t think my initial explanation was very good, my apologies.
The client has 1 Service called ‘Initial Appointment’ which runs for 60 min with a step of 60 min. This service runs from Monday to Saturday.
On Monday to Friday we want the Max Booking Count per timeslot to be set at 1, however, on the Saturday we want the Max Booking Count per timeslot to be set at 2 since there’s extra staff.
Is it possible to achieve this without having to create a separate service for the Saturday?

Thanks @webtoffee,

That’s worked! @webtoffee Thankyou so much!
Hi,
Yes. We did take a look at the newest pro version and added the code as suggested, but it doesn’t fix this problem.
I think I have found the problem, custom booking forms don’t work at all (they show on the pages and you can fill it out, but the information won’t send across in an email and only appears if you view the bookings on the website).
The only booking form information that will send is the default booking form which appears on the cart page on checkout (Multiple Bookings Mode – Checkout Page Booking Form). Only this form works and the #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{user_phone} will work with it.
Maybe it works if you don’t need multiple bookings mode and only have the one event which that particular form fields suit for all events?
Hopefully in future updates the individual “Booking Form – General Information” sections/content for each event form can send via email too.
Hi,
Yes we are on pro and we have tried :
#_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOMFIELDS
#_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{user_phone} (with fields swapped with ours) and
#_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOMREG{user_phone} (with fields swapped with ours)They either come in blank or like this:
Phone :
#_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOM{dbem_test_phone}… Not sure what to try next.
We’re using Events Manager Pro 2.6.4.2
I want it to go to the page, not just the homepage of the website so that’s not quite the right plugin.
MY SOLUTION:
The access control plugin turned out to be too be a bit buggy and still won’t work with my theme… So I only used it to make 1 page available to members only and 1 to non-members only.
With the non-members page I used the simple “Page Links to” plugin and made it link to: https://www.time4mept.com.au/wp-login.php?redirect_to=/temp.php/members-only/
So it ensures a redirect to the members only page afterwards. Works great! The complete blog including all posts is a members only section.
When I get redirected it goes to: https://www.time4mept.com.au/wp-login.php
I have tried switching themes and the plugin does start working…. Any idea what might be in my theme to stop it from working? You can view it here: https://www.time4mept.com.au/temp.php/
