Smart Manager is highly functional even in the free version. The Pro version of course has lots of additional features. It is possible that a specific feature you wanted is not available in Free, and that may have led to your negative comment.

Also, if you have any suggestions on improving our website, let us know. We are always eager to make things better…

Yes, the feature to search on specific column is in our plan & soon it’ll be available in Smart Manager.

Though it is not possible to edit category feature at the time of adding a product, it is possible to edit using Batch update, but only after creating/saving the product.

We’ll consider your requirement on adding discount on a category for scheduled time, but we’ll not include this feature in Smart Manager, but in other products from Store Apps, most probably in Smart Coupons.

Currently Smart Manager doesn’t search in specific column, but to get closer result you can enclose your search text in double quotes (like “search text”)

@john This feature is added in Smart Coupons & it’ll be available from next version i.e. v1.3 onward.

You can enter number of days for expiry & it’ll automatically set coupon’s expiry date after those many days from its creation.

@eyejammy You are right, even we noticed this error & we are working on this. Fix for this issue will be available in next version of Smart Coupons.

@illuminatus7 There is one feature in Smart Coupons which allows customer to buy credit of any amount, but this will not give any drop down box to select amount of the credit.

You’ll be happy to know that we started working on this and we are moving mostly used features from PRO to LITE.

Very soon you’ll find more features in LITE & you’ll be able to perform more actions from Smart Manager.

You’ll be happy to know that we are planning to move some PRO features in LITE.

Cost for 1 year is because we keep adding features over the year, so when you’re paying for Smart Manager, after 1 year the plugins will be having many other new features, along with that we provide free support in that year.

We’ll inform you when we’ll release Lite version with more features.

No, Smart Manager doesn’t have any feature which can handle your case, not even Pro.

Apart from this we don’t know about any other plugins which can cover your case.

Yeah, this is also in our consideration (exporting only selected columns)

Okay, you mean to say each order item’s attribute in separate column

like: order_item_1, order_item_2, SKU_1, Quantity_1, SKU_2, Quantity_2 & so on…

It will not be possible. Don’t you think this may disturb alignment of columns. Consider of 2 orders – one order having 2 order items & another having 6 order items, will it look good & what if there are other columns which are situated after order items column?

For e.g. There is one order with more order items & you want each order item in one line, i.e. 10 order item in 10 line? If this is the case, it’s not possible with Smart Manager

Yes, it will export one order on one line

No, currently it’s not possible with Smart Manager & also Smart Manager is not customizable, i.e. you can’t add/remove columns.
