Try to deactivate, and the activate again. Let us know if that fixed the issue.

Can you please try again and let us know if it works? We are using DigitalOcean servers and they had a maintenance window today, so it might be the reason for that. Please let us know.

If you’d spend a moment reading the plugin’s description you’ll find that we mention (black on white) that Google Rich Snippets (schema.org) is included in our Professional plan.

With regards to the ratings data, we are a service. Which means that all the ratings stored externally and run quickly without withholding your site’s speed (whether you have great or poor hosting).

Not sure why you claim that our plugin ratings are fake, but to clarify – they are all real ??

It is a plugin that wraps a service inside. Which means it’s a plugin and a service. If it was violating the guidelines that the plugin was removed. We’re sorry to hear that you’re upset, but nothing constructive would come from this extreme criticism.
