In reply to: [Co-Authors Plus] 4.0 Breaks get_coauthors() FunctionI got it working again using the “user-login” key for the get_coauthor_by() function on line 19 of the template_tags.php. I don’t know why but something has been going wrong with the ‘user-nicename’ since we upgraded to 4.0…or since we changed something shortly before that. But I can’t think of anything we would have changed that would have messed with that.
I couldn’t quite trace back where the code goes to get the “user-nicename” or if it tries to derive it from something else. But it does look like there is slightly different info in the DB for users who have been updated since the upgrade. There seems to be _wp_old_slug that equals cap-firstname-lastname in each of the entries, and it’s not there for pre-4.0 entries. Don’t know if that is anything or not.
Hope this helps somewhat,

In reply to: In Search of MountainsThanks for the compliments.
Would you have any idea how to fix that title problem? The way I have it set up, I pull the header file from my theme into all of my pages. Even the ones outside of the blog like the support, and contact page. I can’t quite figure out what wordpress is doing throughout it’s “Title Forming” process.
Everything I have is based off of the 2010 theme.

In reply to: Styling Comments in 2010 ThemeThanks for all of the tips. I ended up going with livefyre just because it is loaded with features, and great for people who want to connect with facebook. For the most part I was able to make it look the way I wanted with CSS.
Does anyone know of any good tricks for manipulating it further?

In reply to: Styling Comments in 2010 ThemeI have already made my child theme, I think.
Here is my site, I have completely customized everything based off of the twentyten theme. I guess I am just asking how to go about editing the comments section.
