Operator error…once again.

I used Contact Form 7 and put my code into column 1 under the company contact information. I have a map in column 2, and our logo in a widget in the right sidebar. When I updated the page, my sidebar widget jumped to the bottom of column 1. Any idea why that might have happened?? Thanks!

Ok, figured something out. I’m liking the theme more as I get familiar with how things work. Thanks for all of your help!

The image in your reply is not showing up so I don’t know what you are referring to…”You’ll have to use the logo image in the home page by using the…” The suspense is killing me!

My text widget isn’t displaying on the home page but it’s on the others. (edgarinc.org)
I played around with placing the logo in a banner image but sometimes it would get cut off, or just not look right. I’ll spend more time on that once I’m finished with pages because I think you are right about that being the best option.

Answered my own question, but now I have another, so I’ll enter that separately. To solve my problem, I entered the html code for displaying an image, and guess what? It displayed. I made it a little smaller and it works great. Now if I could only get the widget to display on my home page…that’s my next problem…

Ok…I guess I don’t know where to put this code. I’m a newbie, and I figured this code would go into the customize > Advanced Settings > Custom css field but when I put it there, I don’t see a change in my layout. Trying to research bootstrap made my head swim a bit. I’ll keep playing around, as this is how I learn.
