I have no issues after disabling the WooCommerce Shipping , amazon and other payment methods are working good now , I will keep it disabled for now till a future plugin update and recheck .

the issue was caused by WooCommerce Shipping plugin , disabling it resolve the problem

I did remove and installed the new one but many customer get the error at checkout still , we missing on sales without knowing it , plz help
