Sorry about not notifying you, I have been looking for a solution and I think I may have found it; I followed the answer in this support community query and checked both “Use only IPv4 to start scans” and “Use the Cloudflare “CF-Connecting-IP” HTTP header to get a visitor IP. Only use if you’re using Cloudflare.” options and the scan started and finished.

All the same I’d like to thank you for your efforts in trying to help out. Hope this helps you help someone else.

The first time I used IP Source Address and upon repeating it today with all the instructions in the support reply, it’s still not working, even tried changing the security level to essentially off but still not working.

I have followed all the steps in your reply and the scans are not starting.

It is also important to note that for this step;

The Field Options DO NOT INCLUDE “IP Address”, the only option available closest to IP is “IP Source Address”!!

And following some of your advice in this thread, “For italic, you need to add the font separately and upload the font file.”, what do you fill in the Font Fallback Field for the italic font? The same names as those in the regular font’s Font Fallback Field?

Hello there, I’m experiencing the same issue except mine the url is “…../wp-content/cache/min/1/268a089b149ae76db8db092ef947597b.js’%20defer=’defer”. AT First, this appeared as a bad request on gtmetrix then a redirect chain. I changed the theme to generate press and the problem disappeared which lead me to conclude that the cause of the problem is within the free version of astra. Please help.
