Hi, please follow the below steps to see the Tweaked Colors even after logout.
From Dashboard, go to Appearance–>Theme Tweaker
In the Theme Tweaker page, you’ll need to check the option that says “Activate the new color scheme (All users will see the changes)” below the color schemes.
This will set the tweaked colors for all the users.
