yeah i`ve messed
one typo disabled the functionality

the options are there as work in progress but not active since they are hardcoded

a typo caused the loading of jQuery 3.5.0 while 3.5.1 was expected

i`ve just released version 3.5.1 of my plugin which contains jQuery 3.5.1

apparantly one file (jquery migrate) did not load properly
i cannot say at this moment what is causing this issue

upon deactivation of my plugin things should work fine
maybe you could talk to the makers of elementor to look into things
