Thanks Allen Member removing rssmi_remoteFileExists($matches[1]) from if condition working for me also…

I also met same issue. But I fixed it by doing follow..

Just install CURL and restart apache.

For Ubuntu:
1. sudo apt-get install php5-curl
2. sudo service apache2 restart
