@damelco what I had to was put our website in Maint Mode, uninstall ALL plugins except WP Support, SupportCandy, and Import plugin. Once I did that the Import ran fine and only took a few minutes.

Thank you for the update, I seen it when you posted and I didn’t want to reply until everything was done and leave a good review. But, I have been trying to import our tickets (403 of them) over ALL day and it was just stops or times out and when go look at the tickets only has 32 of them every time. I even turned on Maint mode and left the page on the loading for 2 hours and nothing… still only 32 ticket moved over.

So I thought it was the PHP timeout so bumped that up to 20 minutes, and same thing. I made support ticket hours ago I am just waiting on that I guess. Also we have not move over our key yet, not sure if not having the correct Add-Ons install is stopping it from working, but I did ask that question my support it.

We had the same issue with “You haven’t created and blog designer short code. plz go to Blog Designer Panel, select Blog Designs & save settings””. All you have to do is go to Blog Designer – “green button” Select Layout – then find your old Template, click it and save it. Bam Done blog back up a running… You will have reset your colors if changed them from default.

Hello, we updated and still had the redirect. Looked for the Custom CSS area and there was malicious code in there (did not save the code). Removed it and so far so good, no redirects, thank you for the fast response.

YO!!! We seconded this!!! We thought our website for redirected hacked after 24 hours of checking our file etc, Disabled all plugins and enabled one by one and it was Blog Desinger, we went back to version 1.8.10 (which we new worked) and still got redirected. So we thinking it is something on Blog Designer servers.

P.S. you are not the only one.

Wow this is crazy, BAD business move you guys end. What was so wrong with support plus that it needed to be all redone? So I am guessing support/updates are no more for support plus then correct? Also if you guys cancelled the import feature then please take that info off your support plus page/blog. These is where I seen the info.

I must have missed the email that you were working on this. I just the update for the plugin and I was like… hey that was my idea and came here see if you responded lol. Anyway, to answer your question, Yes it did work but it did not change the amount “Stars” that for that level. Also, I hope your holiday was great!

Ok so we are still dealing with this issue. WE have WC 3.3.1 and WP 4.9.4 and we have our shop page displaying with categories and subcategory and they are not showing at all and we have products showing. When is going to be fix and we are using theme Bonanza.
