In reply to: [WP Fastest Cache] Website blank after plugin installNo worries. I had someone fix the issue. As an FYI, I was running the “Resportsive – Responsive Sports News Theme” when this happened. I have since changed themes, but your clients may use caution with your plugin if they are using that theme. Cheers!

In reply to: [WP Fastest Cache] Website blank after plugin installI see that but do you have any suggestions on how to fix this? I uninstalled your plugin and even changed my WP theme and it still defaults to the old theme (blanked out). I was also using Cloudflare, but I had these changed to point back to BlueHost with no change.
The problem occurred immediately after activating the options from the WP Fastest Cache plugin, so it did something to trigger this.

In reply to: Remove social share buttonsIt would help if I gave you the site: https://www.rabidhabs.com ??
Hi Gerroald, it seems to have been resolved. Either the steps I did above worked over time or the “lock” was for a 24-hour period. Regardless, I’m just running a personal blog so this plugin is way too sophisticated for my use. Cheers and thanks for replying. Andre
I am able to gain access to my wp-admin through my work PC, but I am still locked out from home and my wireless devices. Is there anyone that can suggest a fix for this? I am assuming that my home IP has been permanently banned – if so, how would I undo this? Thanks.

In reply to: Add a custom Color SchemeJust to confirm, I was able to change the color by accessing the red.css and changing #ff0000 to #d31145. I accessed red.css via the File Manager of my hosting account.

In reply to: Add a custom Color SchemeThanks. I think I can change this in red.css in the File Manager of my hosting.
I am using a theme and it comes with 4 default colors, but I was looking to add a custom color.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Remove BOLD textStill learning the basics, so I appreciate the help! Thanks again.

In reply to: Remove BOLD textThat is weird. A few minutes after the above post – everything went Bold again. I added the strong { font-weight: bold; } on line 183 again, removed all < b > and it’s back to normal. I ain’t touching that again!! lol

In reply to: Remove BOLD textOK, so I removed the “bold” from line 183 and it did fix the problem. However, that meant that the < strong > function in my posts didn’t work. So, I tested it using the < b > function and that works.
Thanks.
