I completely understand and will consider the matter closed. However, please note the following:
a) JetPack has accumulated data from our website for years.
b) We have use the unique visitor stats in the bar-graph format provided by JetPack for free.
c) Since you do not allow downloading of stats it’s not possible to archive our own data.
d) As a non profit we are not in a position to upgrade to a commercial license.
e) Consequently, it will take years to accumulate the same data from other sources (for free).
f) It’s unlikely we would have trusted JetPack in the first place if we knew of this marketing plan.Sorry, the images were restricted. Now they are public.
I get to this screen from my WP dashboard where I find “JetPack stats.” At the bottom of the frame is this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kSeqL2WNfMk2PWp0Rw5cFUvacVDU90pN/view?usp=sharing
I pick “View all stats” Next I click on “Last 30 days”
Here is a link to a screenshot showing where the problem is:

In the popup it says “Date range–mm/dd/yy” Which has a lock symbol and requests that I upgrade. Previously this date range worked fine – before the change to subscription status. I did upgrade, so why can’t I enter the date? Is this a bug or something intentional?
Thanks

In reply to: [Invisible reCaptcha for WordPress] Can’t debug/test pluginI wish I had an answer. I set up Google reCaptcha v3 — hope that’s correct, no way to tell if the plugin is working. Needs a way to test it.
I don’t think the custom color scheme is working! The light and dark change the background as expected to either white or black.
At this point you would need to make a child theme and add some HTML code to the index.php file. An image widget for the sidebar would be ideal but I have not found one.

Rene is on target. The widgets for the 2017 theme don’t show up.

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] WP 4.0 problem with linksI discovered that when the link button does not work then all I have to do is refresh the page then it will work. This is a work around that is not too much of a problem. However, since TablePress does have an icon on the editor toolbar perhaps there is some slight interaction with WP 4.0. Hope this helps.

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] WP 4.0 problem with linksThe plot thickens. This has something to do with the browser! I did try to deactivate all my plugins and only use TablePress. The link button function would not work when TablePress was active. I usually work in Chrome. I kept TablePress active and tried Firefox and voila, the link button worked. This problem showed up when I installed WP 4.0 so there is something strange with the combination of the new version of WP, Chrome and TablePress. Any ideas?

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] WP 4.0 problem with linksThanks for the quick reply.
The link button is in the editor for posts. Usually one highlights some text then clicks the link button then a window opens to enter the URL for the link. Unless TablePress is deactivated this functionality does not work for me since I upgraded to WP 4.0. The button exists but nothing happens when it is clicked. This is not just on pages or posts where a TablePress shortcode is inserted but all pages and posts.
Thanks

In reply to: Links no longer working after 4.0 Benny UpdateI just upgraded to WP 4.0. The link feature stopped working. I found that by deactivating TablePress the problem stopped — so that plugin seems to be the problem. Hopefully, TablePress will upgrade the plugin. Any way to contact the developer?
