thanks for the reply but I have removed plugins and their data and also deactivated all the plugins using phpmyadmin
i deleted .htaccess file but it wasn’t rendering again.
and also deleted both the plugins..
please help me

many files created by w3 total cache are not getting deleted they say permission denied

I believe W3 total cache has a problem that is why my website is redirecting to some other url

Yes it is upto date. No i cannot say the page which is redirecting as the page is random and when i click on it it apears and i again try and access that url it works fine..
