In reply to: [SparkPost] Not receiving password reset emails in the front end@wmnk Coincidentally, we’ve stumbled into this same issue today. The fix is very easy.
In the settings page of woocommerce, check the
Emailstab. There is a section calledEmail Sender Options. The field “From” Address probably has a wrong email address. Just put a an email address with correct email domain. Like if you’ve registered xyz.com with sparkpost, make sure you put [email protected] there. After save it should be fine.- This reply was modified 8 years, 4 months ago by rajuru.
