In reply to: [SparkPost] Do not use this service!SparkPost is simply not suitable for use in a production environment.
I’m sad to see that you came to that conclusion and you had this experience. But thousands of our customers are using it in production.
Though you left your feedback which is not very specific to the plugin itself but our service in general, I would still love to dig more what went wrong. I’ll need your Account ID. If you please provide that, I’ll look into the issue.
Thanks

In reply to: [SparkPost] Embed images in emailsOk, re-reading your message I understand what you’re suggesting. It’ll be great if you post this feature request in https://github.com/SparkPost/wordpress-sparkpost/issues
We can surely consider adding the feature if we see there is a lot of use cases.
Thanks

In reply to: [SparkPost] Embed images in emailsRight, but you can do it now. The plugin will send whatever contents are you’re passing it to. So if you’re passing contents with embedded images (as Base64), it should just work.

In reply to: [SparkPost] Embed images in emailsThe images are must served from somewhere. You can embed image from a remote location. I am not sure how it’s possible otherwise.
Thanks

In reply to: [SparkPost] Does not work with OneSignalI’m not sure if I understood the problem. Are you expecting these two work together or saying one doesn’t work while other exist?
Please test the plugin by deactivating one plugin first. Send test email from plugin settings page with verbose logging enabled. It should display any issue with configuration.

In reply to: [SparkPost] Bounce domains instructions… huh?> 1. Select Account (what account and where?) and then Bounce Domains (what bounce domains and what menu?) from the main menu.
In your SparkPost’s account, you’ll see a menu item called ‘Account’. Under that you’ll get ‘Bounce Domain’.
