Dear BackupGuard Team,
As both the apps run in the background, no action was taken to cause the error. I came to know about it when I received warning e-mail from Wordfence. I also received the automatic backup email after that. So it’s possible that BackupGuard was taking an automatic backup at the time, but I cannot be sure.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
RajendraDear BackupGuard Team
Thank you for your reply.
The versions are :BackupGuard Version: 1.6.8.7
Wordfence Version : 7.6.0I am not using the pro version.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Problem with link in image captionHi Kathryn,
You are right. The strikethrough was because of the false alarm for broken link from the Broken Link Checker plugin. I removed the warning and all is well now.

Cheers!@orangecitys I scanned my website with MalCare. It did not find any infection so I contacted the MalCare support. They cleaned the site for me. It’s a great option for $99/year.

Backup plugin confirmed that the file is not created by them. Are you using the Blogvault plugin? In that case it may be okay.
In my case, I am not using the plugin.Thanks. I will try to check the cron jobs.
I have sent the report as suggested.Hi Tim,
My host just confirmed that they are not using the Blogvault plugin and I am also not using it. So I am curious about how it’s getting generated.
Btw, Sucuri also does not flag it as malicious but it does alert that core files have been modified. Thanks,

In reply to: [XML Sitemap & Google News] PHP error : feed-sitemap-pt.phpHi Rolf,
Thanks. I have modified the .htaccessI should mention that previously I was using Google XML Sitemaps plugin that was discontinued by WordPress for security reasons. It was probably the cause for my site getting hit by Japanese SEO spam.
The full error is this..
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required ‘/home/../public_html/wp-content/plugins/xml-sitemap-feed/views/feed-sitemap-pt.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php80/root/usr/share/pear’) in /home/…/public_html/wp-includes/template.php:770- This reply was modified 2 years, 11 months ago by rajk748.
